Cold Laser Tone & Shape Treatment
Cold laser is a non-invasive body contouring procedure that tones and lifts muscles, breaks down fat deposits (cellulite) and drains fluid retention. In contrast to high-power, high-heat lasers that can cause burns and irritations, cold laser produces a low-level, or cold, output that has no thermal effect on the body’s tissue. Instead, the non-invasive cold laser helps the body emulsify fat by stimulating biological function. Spa Sanitation Standards

At Spa’z Classical Esthetics, your health and safety are very important to us. We adhere to the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation for both our skin and nail care services. Our tools are disinfected and sterilized in a medical grade autoclave, similar to machines used by doctors. The autoclave completely kills any bacteria that could pose a potential health threat. Also, our staff is meticulous with washing and sanitize their hands before and after each service, and our pedicure tubs are cleaned with hospital-grade disinfectant and freshly lined between guests. We take every precaution to ensure your safety. Just sit back, relax, and enjoy!

Spa Etiquette

Scheduling
Appointments are preferred, but not always necessary. Call to find out if we have booking openings.
|
Arrival
Check in with the front desk at least 15 minutes prior to your first appointment to prepare for your treatment. We require that all new clients fill out skin-care history information and treatment consent forms. For your convenience, you can download the new-client paperwork and complete before you arrive. Download form here.

Late Arrivals
Appointments are scheduled based on the required amount of time to complete your service. In fairness to others, your treatment must end on time so the other client sessions can begin on time. If you are not able to be on time, we will do our best to complete as much of your treatment as possible; however, with some treatments, it may be necessary to reschedule your appointment. If you are 20+ minutes late for your scheduled appointment, you will be considered a “no-show” and charged for 100% of your service fee.

Cancellations
Your scheduled appointment is reserved exclusively for you. Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us 24 hours in advance to avoid a charge for 50% of your service fee (applied at the time of your next visit).

Standard Reservation Policy
A credit card number or gift certificate number is required to secure all appointments running more than 120 minutes.

Gratuities
Gratuities are at your discretion and are not included in any service or package. Cash is preferred, as amounts applied to credit payments are subject to deductions.
